U.S. statewide JULY high temperature records. 40 (80% of) U.S. states set their “all-time” statewide July high temperature records before 1955; 11 of those were set in 1936 alone. Five states set theirs in 1930. California's record of 134°F in Death Valley remains the official statewide, U.S. national, and worldwide “all-time” record high temperature for all months, although its authenticity has been challenged. Their goal was to eliminate White People in their workforce and replace them with minorities They even implemented racial quotas to eliminate White workers “Starbucks has a training program for employees limited to, quote, Black, Indigenous and peoples of color, BIPOC partners” “Their goal at the time was for BIPOC representation to be at least 30% at all corporate levels and at least 40% at all retail and manufacturing roles by 2025. That sounds like a racial quota” I’d like to remind everyone this wasn’t a secret. Starbucks was proud of these new goals to eliminate white workers Starbucks publicly announced these initiatives in October 2020, post-George Floyd as part of advancing “racial and social equity” By the way, this is 100% illegal Under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, it’s unlawful to discriminate in employment including hiring, training, promotion, compensation based on race. This applies to all races “reverse discrimination” claims by non-BIPOC employees, meaning white employees, are valid Historically 97% of political donations from Starbucks employees and affiliates go to the Democrat Party Tweet.
