The lone juror has hired powerhouse Edward Andrew Paltzik, the leading practitioner of Defamation and Media Law in the Country. It did not matter that the Judge indefinitely sealed the juror's identities in an attempt to protect them. The press had their target and they were going after him at all cost, not caring about the implications of their actions. Add Clancy's legal counsel to that list, along with the jurors capitalizing and enjoying their media tours, all for a buck and their “15 minutes”. He will be a wealthy man in the not-too-distant-future and I am ecstatic for him and his family. I applaud you lone juror. Tweet.(@DanProft) My pitch for the GOP's elevator pitch for the midterms: In 2024, you voted against the Democrats and their Republican allies to end open borders, to stop inflationary policies and government fraud, to roll back DEI, to protect women's spaces and to pass the SAVE Act. You stopped the open-border advance, but the old alliance remained powerful enough to bring us to modest gains or even stalemates on other issues. The establishment knows you won't vote Democrat. They just need to demoralize you enough to sit out this November so they can turn back your advance. Shorter version: The establishment doesn't think you have the backbone to hit them a second time.
