TWEETS OF NOTE
(@seanfeucht) I’ve traveled across America this year, and I’ve never witnessed the Church more disengaged and apathetic from a crucial midterm election. If the Church shows up to vote, we win. If the Church stays home, we lose. And we surrender all the ground we’ve gained. Open your Bible. Pray. Vote. It’s that simple. Tweet.
(@megbasham) Whatever else you want say about Trump, he represents a level of creativity in resistance that the Republican Party has never known before. He refuses to submit to the kind of conventional defeat that the GOP would have accepted as a matter of course in the past. Sure he has taken some actions I don’t agree with, but he fights with the vigor of the Democrats, and this is a spirit of resistance that is inspirational and that the party should embrace as its model going forward.
